It's "I'm a farmer, I'm a farmer" scene with the horse on the stud farm in Freddy Got Fingered, obviously.

Dear god. Considering I came here to post that exact scene I think that makes it the current front runner.

The greatest movie scene I know of was fortold in one of the film's theatrical posters:

lol yes, that could very well be; this could be it. I remember a friend of mine rented both this and Hannibal one night, and we watched both; Hannibal first. After watching Hannibal I said (eyes bugged out), "Man that Hannibal is one sick ****, amiright?."

Then we watched FGF and after it was over I could only imagine Hannibal sitting with us and saying (eyes bugged out), "Man that Tom Green is one sick ****, amiright?"

But truthfully how to measure the scenes is impossible, but the question immediately made this scene pop into my head:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yn2xSNv0TSk

pretty much seems perfect in every conceivable way

2 scenes in recent memory stand out for me:

Open Range (SPOILERS!!)

Costner asks which one of them killed their friend, and doesn't break stride as the perpetrator laughs and taunts him before blowing his head off.

Upside of Anger-

Costner kicks down the door while Joan Allen is taking a bath, chastizing her for being condescending. ****en Costner was great in that flick. Select the black box below with your cursor to view the spoiler text
Is it weird that both my choices feature Kevin Costner?

I wish this clip included the minute or so in which Lana Turner has an hysterical breakdown in her car after she leaves. Those two moments amount to the greatest 6 or 7 minutes of cinema I've seen.
